Removal of links from our website

**Cash On Delivery option is available Inside Dhaka up to 9,000 TK Order. However, We may offer to change the “Cash on Delivery” option to any “Pre-Payment” method (convenient to the customer) if the potential customer doesn’t have any previous purchase record or have a previous issue with COD.
Payment Gateway Fee
bKash Payment: 0% Charge (Offer going on Baksh). However, bKash charges us 1.4% for Payment Gateway/Settlement
bKash Transfer: 0% Charge from our side. However, 1-2% may be deducted by the bKash App
Credit/Debit Card: 1.5% Charge. However, Payment Gateway Company (SSL Commerz) charges us 2.5 to 3.5% depending on Card Type.
Online Bank Transfer: 0% Charge from our side.
COD/Processing Fee: 1.5%. Cash Handling Fee or Cash to Digital Payment conversion by Logistics Companies or Individuals. (i.e collect cash & send via bKash)
Please note that we do not make money from payment gateway fees/charges, rather we bear partial fees/charges in some cases.
Why there are Gateway fees/charges?
The truth is, our business ethics/model/category doesn’t allow us to do huge profits. So we have to care about 1-2% gateway frees/charges. Some other platforms (Like clothing stores/restaurants etc) may not charge for gateway frees because they have the opportunity to make a good profit (triple/double digits) so they can ignore/don’t care about single-digit (%) charges.
We dispatch packages via logistics partner within 24 hours after confirming an order. Then the assigned delivery agent makes a phone call before the delivery attempt during office hours. It should be done within 3 days. 98% of packages are delivered within 1-3 days. However, if partner logistics experience any issue, it may take more time. Please be informed, that delivery schedules are prepared by the logistics company, so we are unable to accelerate, or force a delivery during this 3 days timeframe. You can definitely complain to logistics if the delivery is not done within 3 days.
The customer will get a closed box as a delivery package. If the delivery box is opened, the customer should not receive the package. And the delivery box can’t be opened until payment is completed. To make sure or check the product, open the delivery box in front of the delivery agent or any claim/return/refund request will not be accepted.
Urgent/Pick Up/Same Day Delivery is Not Available due to time congestion as We have to maintain discipline for all of the orders, packages, labels, entries, inspections, and hand over bulk packages to our logistics partner only to make home deliveries.
We don’t take returns for opened boxes/ opened cellophane fragrances. We do not sell/resell opened fragrances. So there is no option to test & return. We’ll accept return requests for items that are damaged/broken during handling/delivery. It should be returned in the same/intact condition, it was received.
In case of a damaged/broken issue, we must receive your request in front of the delivery person when you receive your item otherwise any claim/return/refund request (later) will not be accepted.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective bottle, we’re happy to offer you a partial refund or exchange the item for a new one (If available in stock). Please let us know instantly when receiving your product to begin the process.
However, dust, minor dent, deform, minor leakage on the bottleneck or other minor issues will not be eligible for exchange. These are common during the handling, transportation, or delivery process.
If you’re shopping from this store, we guarantee that you’ll receive your product. If the product got lost, not delivered, or missing, we’re happy to offer you a full refund if the delivery address is inside Dhaka.
For outside Dhaka deliveries, we provide booking slip/consignment number right after we send out via Courier. If a package got lost, not delivered, or missing, the client has to re-track/find the parcel or the Courier Company will be responsible for the package.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you a message to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another message once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded immediately. To get a refund for ‘lost or not delivered’ items, it may take up to 28 days to get confirmation from the logistics if it is ‘lost or not delivered’. Whenever it’s confirmed, the money will be refunded immediately.
If the item is marked ‘sale’, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
We may decline/cancel any order or refuse to sell without mentioning a reason. Some of the reasons we decline the order if the potential customer
– doesn’t accept shop policy, terms & conditions
– doesn’t co-operate to begin processing of an order
– doesn’t have any previous purchase history
– is blacklisted by the logistics companies/fragrance community
– have previous delivery return/refusal/issue
– doesn’t have basic knowledge about fragrances
– skeptical/doubtful/lack of trust towards FragranceBD

Invitation to Offer
By visiting/viewing our website, consumers are inviting us to offer fixed prices for the products we display. We have the right to accept the offer/order or decline it.
What this means is that the consumer cannot insist to sell the product if we choose not to. We have the right to accept/decline any order or refuse to sell without mentioning a reason.
